I deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning to expand nonprofit marketing and development capacity. Using AI, I enable nonprofits to expand capacity quickly by reducing time spent on low-value activities, automating analysis and repetitive tasks, enabling a sophisticated customer segmentation and donor funnel, and jump-starting innovation. I also train employees on AI, help to set AI policy, and consult on AI ethics.
