Overview
With a career devoted to problem-solving for good, I have helped over 120 nonprofits up level their philanthropy data, CRM database, and operational workflows while thoughtfully integrating AI into processes.
I offer boutique-style fractional support where I support philanthropy offices 1-3 days a week by fixing and up leveling their data, database, and ops. I also work with nonprofits by offering consulting, wealth screening, and data modeling services. I work with midsize fundraising offices and enjoy spending time mentoring at scale. I focus on aligning philanthropy operations to frontline fundraising strategies while improving cross-functional relationships between frontline and ops teams.
CRM Databases I mainly focus on: Raiser’s Edge NXT and Salesforce NPSP. I have also worked with Bloomerang, Little Green Light, EveryAction, Donor Perfect, eTapestry, and Blackbaud CRM. I also mentor on development operations more broadly, and mostly work in the health, human services, and education sectors.
