Trained as a behavioral scientist (clinical psychologist, Ph.D.) at Michigan State University, I bring over 25 years of global experience as a business psychologist, an executive coach (International Coach Federation PCC-credentialed) and a corporate chaplain (American Chaplain Association-certified). I am the Founder and CEO of Navigate & Co. LLC, a boutique firm specializing in executive coaching, wealth transition and advisory for business leaders, philanthropists, Family Office, and succession candidates across industries.

Previously, I served as Head of Talent Solutions for the U.S. multinational CEB/SHL (now Gartner) and held senior consulting roles at Korn Ferry and Right Management in Atlanta and Hong Kong. My career has been rooted in one mission: to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and produce durable results. I’m also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
